• Sale items can be viewed by appointment or at Wedding Fayres attended by Brides of Bath.
• If dresses are to be tried on, it is important that minimal make up/fake tan is worn to avoid un-necessary staining of the garments.
• All pre-owned items are bought as seen. The buyer should carefully inspect the item(s), so that any minor faults are identified prior to purchase, and noted on the Sale Agreement.
• The Sale Agreement will include the following:
  1. A description of the item(s) including details of any minor faults.
  2. The agreed price to be paid.
  3. An agreed collection date or method of delivery.
  4. Delivery charges where appropriate
  5. Terms and Conditions as detailed below
• The buyer will pay for the item(s) by cash or crossed cheque. The Sale Agreement will be signed by the buyer and Brides of Bath, and will be issued as a receipt. All items paid for with cash, can be taken away immediately.
• Items paid for in full by crossed cheque will be available for collection/delivery once the payment has been cleared by the bank. 
• Brides of Bath require 1 weeks notice for any change in agreed collection/delivery date of the sold item.
• Refunds: Brides of Bath will not accept responsibility for items with faults that were identified at point of sale, or would have been evident during reasonable inspection of the item.
